• Be responsible for installation, configuration and  maintenance of software based systems interacting with hardware devices, mostly security oriented (CCTV, ACS, IDS, etc.)
• Learn various software based systems and in-built device user interface, how to make it running, configure, interconnect different systems and hardware devices to communicate together and present all new know how and system features to other team members
• Reviewing of solution designs from implementation point of view
• Physical installations of IT equipment, networking and software installations
• Documenting all installed systems, networks, preparation of manuals and simplified instructions for first level support
• Working on customer's site when necessary, training of partners to technically handle the implemented systems
  
  

• Basic/ Good administrative knowledge of windows based systems
• Basic/ Good technical knowledge and understanding in network components, networking, TCP/IP, DNS, routing
• Basic/ Good knowledge of firewall, antivirus and other protective technologies
• Experienced in diagnosing network problems (packet/ protocol analysis tools) and maintaining network security (firewalls)
• Good knowledge of engineering processes, standards and safety rules
• Basic/ Good knowledge of installation, configuration and administration of Windows (eventually also Linus) operating system and server technologies (e.g. IIS, Apache, MS, Small Business Server, Mail servers, etc.)
• Experiences with installation ans configuration of database systems is advantage
• Knowledge of Linux based systems is advantage
• Experiences with designing and implementation of UPS is advantage
• Knowledge of XHTML, .NET or JAVA programming, SQL, Server side and client side scripting is advantage
• Knowledge of fiber optic, wireless networks, copper and structured cabling advantage

• Responsible to support sales team and meet the quota
• To promote company range of product and services (integrated security SW, video surveillance, industrial network switches, access control)
• To provide technical presentation to dealers and installers
• Assisting dealers and installers in product presentation to end user
• Proposal calculations, proposal design drawings, system schematics
